ORDER

Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, J-.   Through this revision application, applicant Ghulam Rasool has challenged the Order dated 26.03.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, in Sessions case No.380/2021, arisen out of F.I.R No.65/2021 of P.S Moula-dad (District Jacobabad), whereby the applicant/ surety was imposed fine of Rs.100,000/-, in respect of forfeiture of surety bond executed by him before the learned trial Court for production of accused Sikander alias Aijaz and Sadoro,  who jumped the bail and absconded away.

It is contended by learned counsel that the applicant/ surety is very poor person and he stood surety for accused persons only on humanitarian grounds and he is sole bread earner of his entire family. He prayed that the surety amount imposed upon applicant may be reduced keeping in view his position.

Learned D.P.G. supported the impugned order. He however conceded, for reduction in fine amount in view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant.

Accordingly, in view of above, the impugned order is modified to the effect that fine amount imposed upon applicant/ surety is reduced from Rs.100,000/- to Rs.30,000/-, to be deposited before this Court. This revision application stands disposed of in above terms.
