1.         Urgency granted.

2.         Deferred.

3.         Deferred.

4.         The applicants by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application have impugned order dated 16.05.2022, whereby learned Sessions Judge/Ex-officio Justice of Peace, Shikarpur, has disposed of the application under Section 22-A/ B Cr.PC filed by the private respondent, directing him to submit proper application to Circle Officer Anti-Corruption Establishment, Shikarpur for action against the proposed accused, as per Anti-Corruption Rules/Laws.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace has passed the impugned order without considering the relevant record; therefore, such order being illegal is liable to be set aside.

Heard arguments and perused the record.

No harm would be caused to either of the party, if the inquiry on application to be filed by the private respondent is conducted by the Circle Officer, Anti-Corruption Establishment, Shikarpur, in accordance with law. If the applicants are having a feeling that they are going to be involved in a false case, then they may by joining such inquiry prove their innocence. No illegality is apparent which may justify this Court to make interference with the impugned order, by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application; it is dismissed in limine, same even otherwise is hit by laches, as it is filed with delay of about ten months, after passing of the impugned order.
