On having been arrested and involved for recovery of 570 grams of charas by police party of P.S Gadap City Malir, the applicant sought for his release on bail by making such application, it was dismissed by learned 4^th Addl. Sessions Judge/CNS Court Malir, it is in these circumstances, the applicant has sought for his release on bail on point of further inquiry, from this Court by way of instant bail application.

Heard arguments and perused the record.

There is no independent witness to the incident; the offence alleged against the applicant is not falling within the prohibitory clause; the case has finally been challaned and there is no apprehension of absconsion or tempering with the evidence on the part of applicant; consequently, he is admitted to bail on point of further inquiry, subject to his furnishing surety in sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court.

Instant bail application is disposed of accordingly.
