By way of instant petition, the petitioner has sought for direction against the official respondents that they may not register the case against him and his family without permission of this Court and to provide the list of the cases registered against him and his family members and extend them protection in accordance with law.

The registration of the case against the petitioner and his family members being legal course could not be conditioned by this Court with its permission. If the petitioner and his family members are in need of protection or list of the cases registered against them, then they could approach the Ex-Officio Justice of Peace having jurisdiction for the purpose adequately.

Consequent upon above discussion, the instant petition fails and it is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
