J U D G M E N T

IRSHAD ALI SHAH, J.- It is alleged that the applicant caused fire shot injury to complainant Mst. Farhana Kamran with intention to commit her murder, who happened to be his wife, for that he was booked and reported upon by police. At trial, he pleaded guilty to the charge, subsequently by making an application under Section 227, Cr.PC sought for its reframing mainly for the reason that it was not read over to him, it was dismissed by learned Sessions Judge, Karachi vide order dated 23.02.2021, which he has impugned before this Court by preferring the instant criminal revision application.

At the very outset, it pointed out by learned Additional Prosecutor General for the State and the complainant in person that the applicant has already been convicted for the said offence and sentenced accordingly by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 23.12.2021. Such fact is not controverted by learned counsel for the applicant.

Heard arguments and perused the record.

No charge could be directed to be amended after disposal of the very case; the instant criminal revision application has now become infructuous, it is dismissed accordingly, directing the applicant that subject to law he may impugn the judgment whereby he has been convicted and sentenced by learned trial Court.

Order accordingly.
