                        We have examined the order of the trial Court. The approach of the trial Court is correct. Prosecution can not fill in the lacuna by invoking provision of section 540 Cr.P.C, at that time matter is ripe for decision. We accordingly dismiss this criminal revision application and direct the trial Court to hear the matter and decide it on its merits within a span of two weeks and compliance report.
