After advancing some arguments, it was stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the disposal of instant bail application before this court on merits, if learned trial Court is directed to conclude the case of the applicant within three months by bifurcating his case from the case of co-accused Jahan Zeb Khan, who is not being produced before learned trial Court by jail authorities on having been convicted in some other case, which is not opposed by learned Special Prosecutor ANF. Order accordingly.
