                        By consent the issues involved in this petition are referred to the Electricity Inspector who after hearing the parties and examining the Meter and other relevant apparatus will decide the issue within a span of 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

                        This petition stands disposed in above terms. However, the parties will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances in case if the Electricity Inspector decides against either party.
