            The Superintendent Jail has placed before us a letter dated 28.10.2009 stating therein that the Petitioner’s father Altaf Hussain s/o Ghulam Umar Unar has been released from Jail on 16.01.2009 in terms of the orders passed by this Court at Principal Seat in C.P No.D-03 of 2009.

            In view of above position, this petition has become in fructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
