                        The petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for direction against the NADRA for unblocking his blocked CNIC. As per comments filed by NADRA, the petitioner is proclaimed offender in FIR Crime No.128/2013, U/S.3/4 of Explosive Substance Act r/w Section 6/7 ATA, 1997 of P.S Civil Line and it is reason for blocking his CNIC. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the parentage of the person who is absconding in above said case is different to the petitioner. Be that as it may, no factual controversy could be resolved by this Court. The petitioner to satisfy the Court about his parentage and innocence where his case is pending, with request to order for unblocking his blocked CNIC in accordance with law, if so is advised to him.

                        The instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
