 At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that stereotype reports are being furnished by the respondents for recovery of Insaf Ali who is missing since long, however; however, he would be satisfied, if this petition is kept on dormant file with direction to police to submit quarterly progress report in office, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G Sindh. It is ordered accordingly.
