1.                     Since the petition has served its purpose, therefore, the office objection has become redundant.

2.                     Through this application the petitioners seek return of original documents i.e. Nikahnama and affidavit of freewill.  Since the petitioners are not pressing this petition, as case instituted against them already stands disposed of.  In the circumstances, office is directed to return the original documents to the petitioners after retaining photocopies on record.

3.                     Since the case registered against the petitioners has been disposed of, therefore, the learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
