      Vide order dated 01.3.2006, passed by this Court in aforementioned criminal bail application, accused Nisar Ahmed and Bherio were granted protective bail with direction to surrender before the trial Court and the applicant stood surety for them.

      In support of the application the applicant has placed on record the certified true copy of diary dated 04.03.2006, which reveals that the accused have surrendered before the trial Court within the stipulated period.

      Learned A.P.G. very frankly concedes the prayer made by the applicant/surety in the application.

      In view of the above, the application is allowed. The office is directed to return the surety papers to the applicant subject to proper verification of the diary dated 4.3.2006, placed on record, and the identification.

      Application disposed of.
