4. The petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for direction against the respondents to identify and demarcate the subject land with issuance of certified copies of its record of rights. The controversy involved is factual in its nature, which the petitioner apparently is intending to get resolved by having a short cut by seeking direction against the respondents to identify and demarcate the subject land with issuance of record of rights to prove his ownership over it; such direction could hardly be issued by this Court, in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction; consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
