The
petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for directions against the
respondents to secured and provide him
CCTV footage and recording with regard to the incident, which taken
place on 21-09-2019 within the premises of National Accountability Court,
Sukkur. As per report furnished by learned Judge, Accountability Court, Sukkur,
no CCTV footage or recording is available, copy whereof could be provided to
the petitioner. When confronted with such report, the petitioner was not able
to controvert it. Consequently the instant petition being misconceived is
dismissed accordingly.
