In compliance of notice, respondents No.1 and 2 have appeared, however, none appeared on behalf of the applicant, nor any intimation is received.

2.       Perused the impugned order dated 28.02.2022, passed by IV-Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana. Perusal of impugned order reflects that bail was granted to the respondents on the ground that there is admitted enmity in between the parties and the F.I.R was registered with delay of 9 days, for which no proper explanation was furnished by the complainant. Further it is observed in the impugned order that the injury caused to the P.W is on non-vital part of the body, which is falling U/S 337-F(vi) P.P.C, which carries punishment provided upto 7 years and the offence does not fall within the prohibitory clause of Section 497 Cr.P.C. The applicability of Section 324 P.P.C and other sections will be determined at the time of trial. On all these grounds the trial court has granted the bail to the respondents/accused.

4.       Learned Deputy Prosecutor General has supported the impugned order.

5.       Perusal of impugned order reveals that no illegality or infirmity has been found in it.

6.       Resultantly, instant criminal misc. application stands dismissed.
