2 to 5.             The appellant alleging his dispossession from the subject property filed a direct complaint for the prosecution of private respondents for having committed an offence punishable U/S. 3/4 of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005; it was brought on record and after due trial, the private respondents were acquitted by learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, vide judgment dated 02.02.2022, which is impugned by the appellant before this Court by preferring the instant criminal acquittal appeal; it is filed beyond 30 days time, which is prescribed under Sub Section (2-A) to Section 417 Cr.PC. No cogent reason for condonation of such delay is advanced by the appellant; consequently, the instant criminal acquittal appeal being time barred is dismissed accordingly.
