The applicant by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application has sought for quashment of FIR Crime No.02/2023, U/S.302,148,149,114 PPC of P.S Katcho Keti; the challan wherein as per statement filed by SHO, P.S. Katcho Keti has already been submitted U/S.512 Cr.PC before the Court having jurisdiction. Being faced with situation, it was stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the disposal of instant Crl.Misc.Application before this Court on merits, provided the applicant is permitted to seek her pre-mature acquittal or quashment of proceedings by approaching learned trial Court or this Court, as the case may be in accordance with law, which is not opposed by learned D.P.G for the State. Order accordingly.
