Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, J. Through this application, applicant Abdul Ghafoor Bangulani seeks pre arrest bail in F.I.R No.25/2022 of P.S Dil Murad (District Jacobabad). 

            When, learned counsel for applicant queried as to how the applicant has directly approached this Court for pre arrest bail, he has neither been able to furnish any logical explanation nor agitated any cogent ground. He however prayed for granting protection to applicant by converting this pre arrest bail application into protective bail enabling him to approach the concerned Sessions Judge for pre arrest bail. Accordingly, this application is converted into protective bail, and applicant is granted to protective bail for a period of seven days commencing from today enabling him to approach the concerned Court for appropriate relief. The surety furnished before this Court remain for the said period and in case the applicant does not surrender and appear before the trial Court within above period, the surety furnished before this Court will stand automatically forfeited. The application is disposed of in above terms.
