1.                 Urgency application is allowed.

2 to 4.          Through this application, the applicant has challenged the order dated 15.03.2023, passed by 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana in Cr. Misc. Appln. No. 251/2023.

                    Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No.2 wants to register the false F.I.R and two F.I.Rs. bearing F.I.R No.53/2022 and 78/2022 have already been registered against her and the applicant is investigation officer in both the F.I.Rs. He further submits that Senior Superintendent Central Prison, Larkana has issued a letter to the respondent No.2 for vacation of government quarter, therefore, being aggrieved she has filed application against the applicant for registration of false F.I.R.

          Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the material available on record.

          From perusal of impugned order, it reflects that respondent No.2 received seven injuries, for which the doctor Saba Khan W.M.O C.M.C.H, Larkana issued such medical certificate, which shows that the applicant sustained seven injures on her person, out of which, injures No.1 to 5 have ben declared as Shajjah-i-Khafifah, while injures No.6 abnd 7 have been declared as Jurh-Ghayr Jaiffah Damiyah.

          In such circumstances, it appears that no illegality or infirmity has been committed by the Justice of Peace while passing the impugned order. Resultantly, instant criminal misc. application is dismissed in limine along with listed application.
