                   At the very outset, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been removed from the service by the respondents, therefore, in changed situation, he would not press the disposal of instant petition on merits provided the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition challenging her removal, which is not opposed by learned A.A.G and learned counsel for the respondents; consequently, the instant petition; is dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioner may file a fresh petition, if it is permitted by law.
