At the very outset it is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the instant Crl. Revision Application before this Court on merits provided the applicant is permitted to file a Direct Complaint u/s 498-A PPC before the Court having jurisdiction. The instant Crl. Revision Application is dismissed as not pressed. However, the applicant may exhaust above said remedy, if it is permitted by law.
