2. (i) At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not press instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application in respect of respondent No.6. It is dismissed as not pressed in his respect.

(ii) & (iii). To be complied with within three days.

4 & 5.It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that learned trial Magistrate has accepted the report of the police for cancellation of subject FIR under “B” class without providing chance of hearing to the applicant, therefore, such order being illegal is liable to set aside by this Court.

Point raised requires consideration. Let notice be issued against the private respondents and Additional PG for a date to be fixed by office after three weeks.
