It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has already served out his sentence and is confined in jail for want of Diyat money which he could not pay on account of his poor financial condition. By stating so, he sought for his release on bail pending disposal of his appeal, which is not opposed by learned Addl. PG for the State. Consequently, the operation of the sentence awarded to appellant is suspended, he is directed to be released on bail, subject to his furnishing surety in sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Nazir of this Court.

Instant listed application is disposed of accordingly.

Adjourned to be fixed after 03 weeks for hearing of main appeal.
