            Appellant Abdullah son of Hashim Chandio, has filed this appeal against conviction passed by learned 1st. Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC, Dadu, in Sessions Case No.653/2009 for offence under section 302, 504, 337-H(ii), 114,147,148 and 149 PPC. Appeal was admitted to the regular hearing vide order dated 26.9.2019. During pendency of the appeal, the appellant has expired and his death certificate is produced by the advocate for the appellant with his statement. Concerned SHO/ I.O was directed to confirm the death of the appellant. Today Additional Prosecutor General submits that appellant has expired. Therefore, proceedings against appellant Abdullah son of Hashim Chandio, are abated. So far the compensation ordered by the trial court vide judgment dated 24.8.2019 is concerned the same shall be recovered from the estate of deceased appellant, in accordance with law. 

            Appeal is disposed of in above terms.
