            Through this transfer application, applicant/complainant Siraj Ahmed seeks transfer of Sessions Case No.90 of 2022. (Re: State V. Mumtaz Ali Jatoi and others) bearing crime No.83/2021 registered at police station  Radhan Station District Dadu, for offence under section 302, 506/2, 147, 148, 149 PPC, pending before learned 1st. Additional Sessions Judge, Mehar.

            Notice of this application was issued to the respondents/accused. Learned advocate for the applicant/ complainant does not press the allegations leveled against the Presiding Officer, however, submits that complainant has life threat at Mehar and case may be transferred from Mehar to Dadu.

            Mr. Athar Abbas Solangi, appearing for the accused submits that all the accused are confined in Jail and allegations of threat by accused is without any substance. There are no reasonable grounds to transfer the case from the court of Additional Sessions Judge-1, Mehar to Dadu. So far protection is concerned the SSP, concerned is directed to provide protection to the applicant/ complainant and witnesses wherever they appear before the trial court for evidence.

            In the view of above, instant transfer application is dismissed.
