            Learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC, Larkana, has made reference for transfer of offshoot Sessions Case No.147 of 2020 State v. Nazir @ Raja Brohi, crime No.04/2020, registered at  Police Station Rasheed Wagan for offence under section 23 Sindh Arms Act. Reference is made on the ground that main Sessions Case No.324/2020 Re: State v. Nazir @ Raja and others Crime No.01/2020,  of police Station Rasheed Wagan for offence under section 302,34 PPC has been transferred to the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana by this court vide order dated 21.2.2022.

            Additional Prosecutor General, present in the court recorded no objection. Under the law the offshoot case is to be tried with main case therefore, reference made by the court is allowed and aforesaid offshoot case is ordered to be present to the court of learned 1st. Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana for its trial with the main case.

            Reference is accordingly disposed of.
