3.         Exemption is granted subject to all just legal exceptions.

4.         The applicant/accused has filed an application for pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 143/2022, registered at Police Station K.N. Shah the offences punishable U/S 406,420,34 P.P.C.

Previously the applicant/accused applied for bail before arrest before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dadu, the same was rejected by him vide order dated 29.08.2022. It was observed by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2022 that prima facie offence is triable by Special Court constituted under Offences In Respect Of Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 and application for pre-arrest bail was ordered to be placed before Division Bench. Today Mr. Shafqat Ali Unar advocate filed power on behalf of applicant and prayed for converting the application for pre-arrest bail into protective bail so that applicant may be able to approach the concerned Special Court constituted under Offences In Respect Of Banks, (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984. Serious malafide on the part of the complainant and police has been alleged against him.

            Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicant/accused Asad Ali Jatoi for seven days from today subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousands only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial court in the aforesaid period.

            This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of seven days' period from today or on the applicant’s surrendering himself before the concerned court whichever is earlier. The criminal bail application stands disposed of in above terms.
