                   Applicant/accused Gul Bahar, through this transfer application seeks transfer of Sessions Case No.459/2020 for offences under sections 302, 324, 337-H(2), 337-A(i), 148, 149, PPC, registered vide Crime No.37/2020 at Police Station Dilmurad, District Jacobabad.

                   Notice of this Crl. Transfer Application was issued to the respondents and comments were called. Mr. Jagirani, learned counsel for the applicant/accused mainly submits that applicant/accused has life threat at Jacobabad; however, Mr. Jagirani, submits that he would not press the transfer application, in case, protection is provided to the accused at Jacobabad during trial. Learned Addl. P. G has recorded no objection.

                   In the view of above, Crl. Transfer Application is dismissed as not pressed; however, SSP Jacobabad, is directed to provide protection to accused during trial in accordance with law. Trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously. Let the copies of the order be sent to the learned trial Court as well as SSP Jacobabad by fax for compliance.
