            After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied and would not press this criminal bail application, if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within some reasonable time.

            The above proposition is not opposed by learned D.P.G. appearing for State. P.W Sher Muhammad undertakes that he would bring his witnesses before the learned trial Court on next date of hearing for recording evidence.

            Accordingly, instant bail application stands dismissed as not pressed. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case by proceeding with it on day to day basis and conclude the same within a period of preferably 30-days after receipt of this order.
