Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, J-. Applicants Haji Khan, Talib Hussain and Mir Nawaz have sought their admission to pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 164/2022, registered at P.S K.N. Shah (District Dadu), for offences punishable under Sections 341, 392, 380, 34, 504 P.P.C.

            Pursuant to notice, complainant Wazir Ali Sodhar having CNIC bearing No.41203-4616962-7, has put his appearance and files affidavit of no objection to confirmation of pre-arrest bail in favor of the applicants. Learned D.P.G. in view of no objection affidavit filed by complainant also concedes to grant of application. He however further added that after usual investigation the case has been recommended for its disposal under “C” class.

            Accordingly, in view of no objection extended by the complainant as well as learned D.P.G. appearing for the State; instant bail application stands allowed.  Consequently, interim pre arrest bail already granted to applicants vide Order dated 05.12.2022, is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions.
