J U D G M E N T

IRSHAD ALI SHAH, J.- The applicant for having issued a cheque dishonestly and by practicing fraud in favour of complainant Syed Muhammad Ali was booked and reported upon by the police. On conclusion of trial, he was convicted under Section 420, 489-F PPC and was sentenced to undergo probation for one year by learned XII-Judicial Magistrate, Karachi East vide judgment dated 19.02.2018, which he impugned by preferring an appeal, it was dismissed by learned VIII-Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi East being time-barred vide judgment dated 20.12.2019, which is impugned by the applicant before this Court by preferring the instant Revision Application, which is not being pursued by the applicant or his counsel since long, even the paper book charges as per office note have not been deposited by them, same as such could not be kept pending on file of this Court, for indefinite period for want of appearance of the applicant or his counsel, it is therefore, being disposed of on merits after hearing learned Addl. P.G for the State, who has supported the impugned judgment.

Heard arguments and perused the record.

On perusal of record there appears no illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgment, which may justify this Court to make interference with it, in exercise of its Revisional jurisdiction by way of instant Revision Application, it is dismissed accordingly.
