It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents to be directed to unlock her house and handover its possession to her together with household articles lying therein and then to involve the respondents in a criminal case after due inquiry, if they are found to have committed offence. The opening of lock of the house and delivery of its possession together with household articles to the petitioner and involvement of the respondents in a criminal case after inquiry, is involving factual controversy same could not be resolved by this Court, in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
