O R D E R

ADNAN-UL-KARIM MEMON, J.-           The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a change of polling station from Bugh Primary School to Burira Primary School, UC Burira, Taluka K.N. Shah, District Dadu inter-alia on the ground that the petitioner is intending to contest the upcoming Local Bodies elections 2022; and, has filed his nomination form for the seat of Chairman, Union Council Burira, Taluka K.N. Shah, District Dadu.

2.           It is alleged by Mr. Javed Ahmed Soomro, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the respondents No.3 and 4 i.e. District Returning Officer, Dadu, and Returning Officer have malafidely changed the polling station from Primary School Burira and have established the same at Bugh Primary School; despite being approached by him the said respondents have refused to restore the earlier polling station.

3.         The petitioner, who is a candidate in the upcoming Local Bodies Elections 2022 has impugned the shifting of the polling station of the above-named Ward, Returning Officer present in Court has agreed to decide the subject issue of the petitioner by tomorrow. Let him do so with reasonable justification.

4.         This petition stands disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
