2. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to comply with office objection before next date of hearing.

4&5. Instant appeal arises against judgment 16.12.2021 and decree dated 21.12.2021 passed by the learned IX-Additional District Judge/Model Civil Appellate Court, Karachi East, in Summary Suit No.80 of 2019 filed by the respondent No.1, which has been decreed in the sum of Rs.58,26,040/- alongwith 6% interest per annum from the date of the judgment till realization of the decreetal amount. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that through impugned judgment suit has been decreed in favour of the respondent No.1, despite of the fact that several cheques were issued by a company named as M/s. Taicom, who was not impleaded as a party and the suit has been decreed.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for 19.04.2022, when objections/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to learned counsel for appellant.
