            We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with their assistance.

For reasons to be recorded later on, instant High Court Appeal is allowed and the impugned order to the extent of appointment of receiver and chowkidar is hereby set aside. However, the parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the subject property till further order, as may be passed by the learned Single Judge, on the original side, of this Court in the suit.
