3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondents without lawful justification. By contending so, he sought for protection for petitioner from this Court, by way of instant petition.

The perusal of the record reveals that the protection, which is being sought for by the petitioner from this Court has already been provided to him by learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge/Ex-Officio Justice of Peace Khairpur vide his order dated 05-05-2020. When was confronted with such order, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is not being complied with. Non-compliance of such order could hardly make the petitioner entitled to approach this Court for passing another order for the same relief, in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction.

In view of above, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
