Through this petition, petitioner Abdul Rehman Bharo has sought following relief:-

(a).That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to call all the respondents to appear in person and to give an undertaking that they shall not cause any kind of harassment, disgrace and humiliation to petitioner and his family members.

(b). To direct the official respondents not to act contrary to law and to ensure the protection of petitioner and his family members, adopting strong measures which is fundamental rights of every citizen guaranteed under the constitution of Pakistan under article of 1973.

After perusal of the order 18.11.2020 passed by Ex-officio Justice of Peace, Ubauro on the application u/s 22-A(6)(iii), Cr.P.C filed by petitioner and other material on record, I found that the same prayer as sought in this petition, has already been granted to the petitioner by the learned trial Court, therefore against the same prayer, this petition is not maintainable, which is accordingly dismissed. The same prayer has been repeated in this petition. The petitioner has not shown any grievance against the orders passed by the Justice of Peace on his application under Section 22-A, Cr.P.C. The petitioner has not even disclosed that that which fundamental right of the petitioner under the constitution has been violated therefore the petition is dismissed.
