                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for departmental action against the private respondents being civil servants for their alleged involvement in political activities by supporting a local political person, which is denied by one of the private respondent by filing his comments. The rival claims involving factual controversy could not be resolved by this Court in its writ jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
