                        The petitioner being widow by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for her appointment in district judiciary on deceased quota basis; the appointments in district judiciary are being regulated by Sindh Judicial Staff Rules, 1992; which do not prescribe any quota for appointment of the family members of late/deceased employee. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
