                        At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 that Shaheed Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University at Larkana has got no statutory rules; therefore, the case of petitioner would be governed by rule of “Master and Servant”.

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner when was confronted with above was fair enough to say that he would not press the disposal of instant constitutional petition before this Court on merits, provided the petitioner is permitted to exhaust his remedy before any other forum in accordance with law.

Order accordingly.
