                        The facts in brief necessary for disposal of instant constitutional petition are that the petitioner filed a suit before Anti Encroachment Tribunal Larkana with pleading that the respondents by making an encroachment over the public park has established a Shopping Centre thereon; therefore, such encroachment to be removed; such suit was dismissed by learned Presiding Officer, Anti Encroachment, Larkana, vide order dated 20.01.2020, which is impugned by the petitioner before this Court by preferring the instant constitutional petition.

                        Heard arguments and perused the record.

                        As per impugned order, the Shopping Centre was established in year 1970-71 to generate revenue for Municipal Committee, Naudero, to run its affairs and no encroachment of any individual was found thereupon. The petitioner was not able to convert such findings of learned Tribunal, which may justify this Court to make interference with the impugned order. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed application.
