                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for restoration and hearing of review application which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2021, whereby order dated 01.02.2021, passed by this Court in Crl.Misc.Appln.No.S-344 of 2020 was sought to be reviewed by the petitioner. No writ could be issued by Division Bench against the order of Single Bench of this Court particularly in criminal matters. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed application, which even otherwise is not pursued by the petitioner.
