            The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has mainly sought for direction against the respondents to mutate the revenue record in his name. The mutation of revenue record obviously is involving factual controversy; therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner could not be issued by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed together with listed application, which even otherwise is not being pursued by the petitioner and his counsel, as they have preferred to remain absent.
