                        The petitioners being civil servants by way of instant constitutional petition have sought for direction against the respondents for issuance of seniority list and convening the meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee for their promotion as High School Teacher; the directions sought for is relating to terms of service; therefore, same could not be issued by this Court in presence of bar contained by Article 212 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.          Be that as it may, none has put appearance on behalf of the petitioners and no intimation is furnished. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
