            Counsel for the appellant seeks urgency in the matter. Attorney of the respondent present in Court submits that he has no notice for today’s date of hearing, whereas, the time given to the appellant for obtaining any appropriate order from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in CPLA has expired on 09.03.2022, therefore, the application listed at Serial No.2, which is even otherwise not maintainable, may be dismissed.

            Counsel for the appellant submits that the application may be decided after hearing the parties, therefore, requests that short time may be given for arguing the matter and till then Nazir of this Court may be directed not to release the amount in favour of respondent, which has already been deposited by the appellant on 31.01.2022. Attorney of the respondent present in Court submits that though the appellant has no prima facie case, seeking review of order, which was passed by this Court by consent on 09.02.2022, however, submits that they will not press the release of amount till next date of hearing.

            To come up on 15.03.2022, to be taken up at 12:00 Noon.
