4,5&6. Through instant High Court Appeal, the appellants have impugned an order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Suit No.657 of 2012, which was taken up alongwith other connected suits, including Suit No.4/2014, which according to learned counsel, is an administration suit and the controversy agitated in that suit is not relatable to the current suit and the suits, which are being fixed before the learned Single Judge, together pursuant to an order already passed in this regard. However, through impugned order, at the instance of the learned counsel for defendants, such suit has been directed to be de-tagged without assigning valid reason.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for 07.04.2022, when reply/objections, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for appellants.
