ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner has sought appointment in BPS-17, per the differently abled quota. The comments filed by the respondents demonstrate that she did not qualify in the interview for the relevant post, hence, could not be recommended. Be that as it may, on 02.03.2022 the petitioner’s counsel was confronted as to how an appointment in BPS-17 could be undertaken per the differently abled quota, in view of the relevant rules. The learned counsel had sought time and has assisted the Court today that the relevant rules only contemplated appointment in the differently abled quota until BPS-16. In view hereof, this petition is found to be without merit, hence, dismissed.
