ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This petition, filed in 2018, seeks release of salary from 2013 till date. The petitioner has relied upon documentation demonstrating that his appointment was for an initial preliminary period of one year and no documentation has been placed on record to demonstrate that post completion of that year the services had been continued. It is seen from the record that the petitioner does not claim any salary for the period covered under the aforementioned appointment order, hence, it is prima facie apparent that salary is being claimed for the period in respect whereof no subsisting tenancy or appointment had been demonstrated. Even otherwise this petition is severely hit by laches. In view hereof this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
