ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.The petitioners seek release of salaries in respect of their contractual appointment, of three months and six months respectively with effect from 2012/13, which have admittedly never been renewed. The recovery of contractual dues, if any, is not amenable for adjudication before the writ jurisdiction of this Court and the petitioners remained at liberty to institute appropriate proceedings before the Court of competent plenary jurisdiction.  This petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
